The Global Hotel Card may be used toward hotel reservations made online only at www.GlobalHotelCard.com website only. Reservations made are subject to the terms and conditions of www.GlobalHotelCard.com. Please note that once your reservation has been made, the details such as hotel, date of stay, length of stay, may not be changed. Gift Cards have no value until activated. Gift cards are not credit or debit cards, and have no implied warranties. Hotel Gift Cards are redeemable for room reservations and taxes only. Gift Cards will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit, except where required by law. Global Hotel Card, Inc. does not replace lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. If the hotel reservation price is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid with a major credit card at the time of booking. If the reservation price is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining portion will remain and may be applied toward a future reservation made at www.GlobalHotelCard.com. All hotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation. The charge includes all taxes and fees unless otherwise noted. Some countries will charge additional fees for taxes at check-in. Extra fees (such as Resort Fees) may also apply at time of check-in, please see individual hotel properties terms and conditions. Reservations are generally ineligible for hotel award points or airline mileage. Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon checkout.

Depending on the terms of your individual booking, cancellation may result in penalty fees up to the full cost of your stay. Please do not call the hotel directly to make changes to or cancel this reservation, as their agents will not be able to change or issue refunds to your gift card. If you are reserving multiple rooms at the same hotel for the same dates, you must use a different name for each reservation. Using the same name for multiple reservations may cause the hotel to cancel reservations that appear to be duplicates. Changes to the name on a reservation are not permitted after the booking is completed. No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early checkout will be given. Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. You must present photo ID at check-in. You will be required to present a valid credit (not debit) card or cash deposit at check-in for incidentals.

Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the limitations above may not apply to you. You agree to defend and indemnify Global Hotel Card, Inc. and any Provider, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, in excess of the liability described above, in any action filed or commenced by any third party against Global Hotel Card, Inc. as a result of (1) your breach of these Terms or the documents made part of these Terms by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or (3) your use of our Site.
